Dalian Shengbin Seaman Service Co., Ltd., registered and approved by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, is an independent legal entity (AAA Credit Enterprise of Liaoning Province) and one of certificate application units approved by Liaoning Maritime Safety Administration, and has grown into an international crew labor cooperative enterprise. With the establishment of Northeast Asia Shipping Center in Dalian and the city’s closer communication with world shipping carriers, the company dispatches more and more seamen for domestic and overseas ship-owners every year.

The company is mainly engaged in crew technology information consultation, providing crew job information, training crew needed by

domestic and overseas shipping service companies; dealing with various qualification certificates and entry-exit certificates for the crew; handling with training, examination, application and change of competency certificate, etc. As the only crew supply center of Netherlands Smit Shipping Group in China, the company is also the exclusive agency for North Korea Government crew export to China.

(Register No.: 372578-66000-10060) to deal with international ship management, coastal and ocean shipping, freight forwarder, ship chartering and trading, crew dispatching and training, and certificate application. In charge of navigation, ship and crew management for many years, leaders of the company are endowed with rich maritime and ship management experience. The company now has a crew of 520 persons, including about 130 senior ones from domestic famous maritime universities. Through years of trails and tribulations, they have accumulated abundant experienced and become a high-quality crew officer team brave in forging ahead and good at operation.

The company provides crew and management service for 5 ships engaging in domestic route, 2 ships engaging in Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan route, 6 ships engaging in Southeast Asia route and Sino-Japan-Korea route and 14 ships engaging in ocean route.
